If there is one certainty in the uncertain world of organisations, it is that we face unprecedented technological, cultural and political change. For many this is a cause for concern. For the graduating class of MA Innovation Management 2019 concern is not about anxiety but is a catalyst for action. With extraordinary people and knowledge resources at our disposal the innovation manager of the next decade needs to think beyond the status quo and towards something more dynamic – like a movement.
This issue highlights the theme of ‘Reshaping concern’ and is published in tandem with the degree show produced by the postgraduate students of MA Innovation Management 2019 at Central Saint Martins; a course offering a unique positioning of a management and innovation hosted in an art and design university.
