I’m Zhang Kuangyi, a passionate retail fan from Shanghai, China. I am keen on data analysis and believe that numbers could be one of the most honest and telling things, as long as you are able to reveal them from different dimensions. After working in consumer brands for 6 years, I am concerned with the relationship between on-line and off-line retail and the tensions arising from the organization inside. MA Innovation Management led me to consider and explore totally new and different areas and concepts. I would like to innovatively apply learnings from other industries into the retail industry so that medium size retail companies can be more resilient in this competitive retail world.
