Hello! I’m Aleksandra Lella, and due to being from Poland, the nickname I go by is Ola. I’m a multidisciplinary designer with a large interest in design thinking and experimenting with different methods and processes. I encourage a collaborative team atmosphere and support colleagues through being a keen listener and contributor.
My journey in London started when I moved here for my BA in Design at Goldsmiths. Since graduating I’ve worked for a children’s retail brand called Olli Ella where I was responsible for our European customer service and worldwide implementation of marketing campaigns. Having such a multidisciplinary background factored into my interest in Innovation Management and what it means to bring people together to solve problems.
Being at MAIM has developed certain interests which I have been actively exploring. I’m curious about what is necessary for ambidextrous organisations and what it means to be spanning boundaries of disciplines. Furthermore, my interest in the food industry has developed to examine sustainable food and hospitality management and also what it means for businesses to have a healthy food culture.
