Once, I thought my mission on Earth was to be an architect. And so, I studied and practiced architecture in my native Romania, for eight years. While a student, I illustrated and designed magazines and books.
Illustration brought me to advertising, which is what I did for the last couple of decades, in Romania and Russia, seeing the world, working with thousands of different personalities, becoming a communication expert and, above all, an idea generator and curator.
During the past three years, I dived into Human Centred design and Design Thinking, Digital Marketing and Product Design, yet I never stopped believing that Ideas are everything, no matter the level of whatever type of business you’re in. Ideas, not money, keep the world go round.
Two years ago, I moved to London, becoming part of the wonderful world of Innovation Management, at the Central Saint Martins, lured by the phrase “creating opportunities”. And I recently realised that I am here on a journey to understand why I am here, among many other things.
Hopefully, along this journey, I shall discover a scalable methodology that would help any organisation and human to infinitely generate ideas on how to define and redefine themselves, over and over, becoming a shape-shifting entity that will come back, at the end of each transformation cycle, stronger, bolder, more responsible and circular, and, after all, “curiouser and curiouser”.
