Being influenced by Greek, French and Italian culture I’m a creative designer and strategist with a penchant in innovation, human emotions and food. As a founder of a Creative Studio I’m always curious about exploring new possibilities for near futures. Devoted to minimalism and with a constant admire for transparency and openness I’m looking into how futures can be more anthropological.
Currently I’m researching about relations between food, science and technology. How can we be ensured that culinary heritage will be honoured by new and needed innovations? Having food as an important aspect in societies I am investigating possible futures to rethink the current models – a food revolution!
